At the beginning of November has been signed by CMG (Cardano al Campo - Varese) the agreement for the purchase of MAM (Meccanica Alto Milanese - Olgiate Olona - Varese), both manufacturers of blown film extrusion plants.
By this operation the building sited in Olgiate Olona, the brand and the technological know-how of MAM have become property of CMG.
As a matter of fact during the weeks immediately before the finalization of the contract, thanks to an agreement between the parties, CMG had had the possibility to use MAM's premises for the organization of an Open House for their Customers, during which they had shown an extrusion plant of their own make for the production of agristretch and industrial stretch film with PIB having an important technological interest. |
