Our line of extruders, well proven over the years, ranges from 35 mm diameter to 160 mm diameter, with outputs from 30 kg/hr up to 1,200kg/hr, depending on resin types.
The extruders distinguish themselves in two very distinctive areas. The gearbox is purpose designed for a long life span and entirely fabricated in-house. The same goes for the screw, which features a rheological design that is unique in that the same screw is able to process just about any type of resin equally well, i.e. PA, EVOH, PP, etc. can be processed wit the same screw that one would use for LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE.
Furthermore, because of its’ unique design, life span of up to ten years is more the rule than the exception for our screws.
Recent modifications include a lower profile for the most common models,upgraded lubrication plant and the latest type of AC motors, the latter allowing for extremely favourable power curves. |
