The range of die sizes we offer call for a choice of haul-offs to suit a wide variety of needs.
The basic types we offer are fixed and oscillating. Within these two classes, we have q host of possibilities, depending on the applications.
The fixed type haul-offs start at a width of 450 mm., going all the way up to 3,500 mm. Various options include water-cooling, multiple niproll sections for heavy gauge films, carbon fibre rollers, etc. The large sizes can be delivered with gusseting boards that allow for deep gusseting for agricultural films, amongst others.
The oscillating haul-offs are available either in horizontal or vertical version. The former start at 1,200 mm. width, going up to 3,500 mm. The vertical version is available from 800 mm. to 2,000 mm. width. Since there are personal preferences as far as the horizontal versus vertical type is concerned, we shall not express any preferences, apart from stating that the vertical haul-offs offers more haul-off length (between die gap and niproll) than the horizontal haul-off for the same overall height of the line. |
